Actor Lee Dong Wook is going viral for his on-set shenanigans.
While he is known for often portraying intense characters on screen, Lee Dong Wook’s real-life goofy personality is also widely acknowledged. During his interaction with fans, both sides often mirror the same chaotic and humorous energy.

It turns out, when on set, he is not too different, either. The latest reason why Lee went viral was a throwback post from a netizen, who posted a behind-the-scene still cut from Lee’s 2023 K-Drama, The of the Nine-Tailed 1938.
The picture, presumably taken in between shots, shows Lee Dong Wook with his co-star Ryu Kyungsoo. While the latter threw up a peace sign at the camera, Lee could be seen reading what appeared to be his script. The twist in the picture, however, is in the fact that the script was placed on top of the head of a staff member standing in front of him. The staff member’s height, much shorter than Lee, served as a great advantage as she didn’t have to do much to be the perfect reading stand, while continuing her job unbothered.
The post quickly gathered millions of views, thanks to the unusual scenario. While some found this setting a bit confusing, suspecting that it was him being rude, fans explained that Lee Dong Wook is known for being very close with his staff, and often pokes fun and loves to play around with them.

Most netizens, however, were left in splits with Lee’s shenanigans. But they couldn’t pass on the opportunity to ask if there were any new openings for this specific job.
