Yes, even more than Sana!
TWICE stands out not only for having one of the largest member counts in K-Pop, but also for their striking uniqueness—eight out of nine members are introverts! When they took the popular MBTI test, only Sana identified as an extrovert. With her bright and bubbly personality, there’s no mistaking she is one.
However, Jihyo recently revealed that there’s a “hidden extrovert” within the group who might be even more outgoing than the Japanese member, and it’s none other than Chaeyoung!
The topic was brought up when the two spent a day together. “Now I’m curious about something,” Jihyo exclaimed. “Why are you…a hidden extrovert?”
According to the leader, it amazes her how friendly and sociable Chaeyoung is. She feels awed to see her meeting new people on her own.
Chaeyoung seemed surprised but had an idea why that’s the case. She shared that she meets many people through mutual friends and that her introversion disappears when she’s in the presence of someone she admires.
Most of the time it’s through mutual friends. When I admire or like someone… my introvert instincts disappear. So I’ve become close to many people that way.

With a hint of disbelief in her voice, Jihyo added, “Actually, in our team, it seems like you’re the most extroverted.” With friends like Somi, BLACKPINK‘s Rosé, and many more, it’s no surprise she feels that way!
