Japan’s largest entertainment and lifestyle news site for women, modelpress, recently released the results of their “Faces of 2022” survey. It took into account three criteria: a public survey, a survey of 30 members of modelpress’ editorial staff, and the number of articles the person was featured in on their website in 2022.
The survey was conducted from October 24 – November 15, and there were 17,938 respondents, predominantly women. Out of the 16 celebrities who made the list, only one was a K-Pop group.
It was none other than JYP Entertainment girl group TWICE who recently made a Japanese comeback with “Hare Hare!” The group has been famous in Japan for years now, so this comes as no surprise.
