Aespa recently released their new title track “Armageddon.”
In an interview on Spotify‘s K-Pop ON! Playlist Take Over, the girls revealed that one of the teaser photos did not go as planned. Winter unintentionally stood out.
This was because aside from Winter, everyone sported blonde hair. Ningning…
…Giselle…
…and Karina all had long blonde locks.
Winter would have looked the same if all had gone according to plan. Instead, she had on a unique mix of silver hair in the front and blonde at the back.
She explained that she was originally right on track with the all-blonde requirement, having already had this color for several months. Right before the photoshoot, however, she noticed that the color was too faded. She promised to fix this with a specific shampoo that she would use in the shower.
For this photo my hair color faded a lot so I said I’ll use lots of toning shampoo at home.

Unfortunately, it did not turn out well when she did it herself. Winter unintentionally went from a fully blonde head of hair to blonde with silver.
I did it and [my hair] came out slightly blue. So if you look here it’s all uneven and a complete mess!

She apologized with a smile, and her members laughed along without any ill-feelings.
