For MONSTA X’s Joohoney, tattoos are more than simple body art. For him, they represent a personal connection to himself and the people he loves. When asked about his favorite tattoo, Joohoney couldn’t choose just one. Instead, he decided to share all of his tattoos with us in an exclusive interview!

What inspired you to get tattoos?

I think it was just a natural progression for me. I grew up around artists and loved how they could express themselves through their work. Plus, I always liked the idea of being able to show my personality through my body art.

What do your tattoos mean to you?

I have a few tattoos that represent different things in my life. My first tattoo is a tribute to my late father, who passed away when I was young. It’s a cross with two tiny hearts next to it. The second tattoo is of my mother and grandmother, who raised me and are very important in my life. They both have seats next to their names.

His Tattoos and What They Mean to Him

Joohoney is a tattoo artist and part of the Japanese boy group MONSTA X. He has tattoos on his arms and chest representing different things in his life. This article discusses his tattoos and what they mean to him.He started getting tattoos when he was around 21 years old. At that time, he was very indecisive about what he wanted to do with his life, so he thought it would be a good idea to get some tattoos to symbolize who he was at the moment. The tattoos on his arms represent different parts of his history and identity: one is a tribute to his grandfather, another is to his favorite artists, and the last is to himself.

The tattoo on his chest is a tribute to two people that had had a significant impact on his life: one is his mother, who has always been there for him; the other is Song Joong Ki, who was the love of Joohoney’s life for about six years before they broke up. The meaning behind this tattoo is that even though they didn’t have a long relationship or marriage, Joohoney thinks of them as the closest thing to his family.
